HR Compliance Services include:

  • Customized internal policies and procedures as it relates to progressive discipline, leaves of absence, attendance procedures, sexual harassment, discrimination, termination of employment, and much more
Employment Services
We will develop customized employment application forms and other employment related documents.  We also provide regulatory updates as it relates to federal and state employment law changes.

PHRC will provide on-call and/or on-site HR Support.

Regulatory Updates
Receive regulatory updates as it relates to employment law, retirement plans and other pertinent HR requirements.  All regulatory updates will be provided from information released from IRS, DOL, ERISA and etc.
 
Summary Plan Descriptions
We will review existing Summary Plan Descriptions to insure all documents are in compliance under ERISA, DOL, etc.
